We have a 15-day exchange or return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange or return, follow these steps:

1. send us an Instagram direct message at Stil.lstudio, stating your Shipment code and reason for exchange or return.
2. if your exchange or return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. once we receive the return and we check that everything looks good, your refund (if applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method (or through Instapay ).

Please keep in mind that we do not refund you the initial shipping charges, and that all fees resulting from returning or exchanging will be covered by you. 

Returns and exchanges carry fees of EGP 100. That fee will be deducted from your exchange credit or refund amount.
